Finding My Way Back to the Page

I didn't announce that I was leaving social media. There was no dramatic goodbye post. No countdown. No carefully designed graphic explaining that I was "taking some time to focus on myself." After everything my family has walked through, I know how much the right support can matter. Rebekah's Angels exists to help children and families access mental health support after trauma. Because no family should have to figure out the hardest parts alone.

This work is deeply personal to me. It's one of the places where my story, my family and the work I care about most all meet.
